Role Overview:
Provide onsite IT support for airport operations at Fukuoka (FUK) and Sapporo Chitose (CTS) airports, maintaining critical systems that support passenger processing and airline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite support for airport IT systems (FUK & CTS)
Maintain and troubleshoot SITA systems: CUTE (262 units), CUSS (38 units), eGate (6 units), PFM/BPM systems
Collaborate with airport authorities and airline staff
Perform preventive maintenance and resolve incidents during shifts
Required Skills:
Intermediate or higher knowledge of Windows Server and TCP/IP networking
Strong Japanese communication skills; basic English a plus
