Position: Full-Time IT Desktop Support Engineer – Nagasaki
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Nagasaki.
As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide hardware, software, and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations for our internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and end-user support (Windows, Mac, mobile devices)
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Assist with IT asset management and account administration
Support basic network and system tasks
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Japanese (conversation level sufficient, native not required)
Experience with Windows/Mac troubleshooting
Relevant IT certifications a plus (IT Passport, PC Maintenance Technician Level 2, Dotcom Master Single Star, etc.)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
